How can I protect my new driveway?

Roll-off trucks and the dumpsters they deliver are extremely heavy. It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a 4’ x 8’ sheet(s) of plywood. The customer affirms that any right-of-way provided by customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll-off dumpster is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ dumpster equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liability for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire roll-off dumpster placement site.

R2 shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.

What are the restricted items?

Items that are NOT permitted are liquids, radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous materials. No free liquids of any kind are allowed in the container. Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for inappropriate waste remains with the customer as agreed to in the terms and conditions.

Please do NOT place hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides and pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans — no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating/hydraulic oil, oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil, lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids. Material must be level at the top of the container; all fines assessed by the city/state will be forwarded to the customer.

How will I be billed?

R2 will email and mail your invoice at the end of each month or as your job is completed. Prompt payment is appreciated. Payment can be made using the link provided in your emailed invoice, through website or by mailing a check.

What size dumpster is needed?

The size and type of debris that you need to dispose of will determine the dimensions of the roll off dumpster that you will need to rent. We offer 20, 30 and 40 yard roll off dumpsters. Remember, measurements describe the quantity of debris that each container can hold, not how long or wide they are.

My dumpster is full, now what?

Email us at rentals@r2rents.com or call us at 318-570-8823. Roll-off dumpsters kept over 14 days with no service incur a $5/day rental fee.

What can i do if the driver comes and I’m not ready?

If you schedule delivery or pickup, please, be prepared. Have the area for the roll-off dumpster to be delivered free and clear. If the roll-off dumpster is being picked up, make it easily accessible. If an additional trip to deliver or pick up your container is needed you will incur an additional cost of $75.

How far in advance do I need to order my dumpster?

Email us at rentals@r2rents.com or call us at 318-570-8823. Most often we are able to get dumpsters to you within 24 hours, but we prefer a couple of days notice.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Yes, by calling us at 318-570-8823. All order modifications must occur a minimum of one full business day in advance of the original service date to allow for processing.

How much weight can I put in my dumpster?

Our 20-yard roll-off dumpsters are allowed 4 tons. Our 30-yard roll-off dumpsters, 6 tons. Under no conditions should a roll-off dumpster be loaded above the fill line, even with light material. If the driver arrives to haul the load and it is over-filled, the load will be left onsite and a $75 trip charge will be assessed. Please call us at 318-570-8823 when the roll-off dumpster is appropriately filled and ready for hauling.

How much space do I need for delivery of the dumpster?

Please allow 50 feet of ground space and 30 feet of vertical clearance.

Will I be billed for extra weight?

Yes, if your tonnage goes over the allowed amount you will be charged for the additional fees the landfill charges us to dump the dumpster.

What are my payment options?

R2 accepts all major credit cards including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as well as payment by check.
